Body-mind Centered Therapies for Women

In my therapy sessions I offer holistic, compassionate care for women dealing with anxiety, PTSD, and other trauma related issues. I have a background in social work but desired more effective tools for helping hurting people. I researched many avenues, but the power of individual stories is what I always came back to. I love to see the joy that comes when wounds are healed and women come into their true selves.
I received training in body-mind centered therapies, including Sensorimotor and Pesso-Boyden Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness training with Thich Nhat Hahn. Through these therapies, we will use mindfulness practices to deepen awareness as we work together. Your body holds your story, and the key to your healing. I'll help you safely experience how emotional wounds can be safely released through your body, and how your body can help you find your way home.
